Instructions
Step 1: Register to Consign
Consignors receive 65% of their total sales, and can increase it to 70% by working a 6-hour shift. There is a NONREFUNDABLE $15 consignor fee, paid upfront via PayPal to reserve your spot. The fee helps with rent, insurance, and marketing. Consignors must consign a minimum of 15 acceptable clothing items to receive a consignor pass at drop off and only one additional pass will be given for a guest. ***In order to consign play condition items you must consign a minimum of 50 upscale boutique brands. ***
**No children are allowed at consignor presales. Exception for infants 6 months or younger and must be worn in carrier or a stroller!**

Step 2: Price and Tag Your Items
Use our software to quickly price and create tags for your items, then cut out and attach. Don't forget, we are VERY particular about what items we accept!

-Make sure all items are properly tagged according to our tagging guidelines
-Sort clothing by gender, size, and if they are upscale clothing or play condition.
This will help to make things run a little smoother and faster at drop off!
When you arrive at pickup (dates/times in welcome email):
1. Have your consignor number and drivers license ready to show and tell our workers
2. Any items to donate can be places on the donation rack
3. Once items are returned to you, step aside and double check that all items are yours
4. All items must be picked up at our scheduled times. Any items not picked up will be donated and cannot be retrieved. If you are unable to pickup and do not want your items donated, please email us at cowlicksandpigtailsllc@outlook.com to notify us who will be collecting your items and check. They will have to show us a form of identification in order to leave with your items.
